3.10.2013 UPDATE
I got a vinyl copy of this record (sans the very rare sleeve) so the rips in this post are straight from vinyl. Also included all 6 tracks from the EP instead of just my three favorite ones which, looking back, was silly of me to do back when I first posted it in 2007. Also got rid of the crappy scan of the front of the sleeve and added some nice scans of the front, back and the foldout portion of the sleeve. The foldout portion includes lyrics to all of the songs which is nice.

I’ve never seen the sleeve up close and in person but judging from the rumpling, it looks rather fragile like it was printed on some thin grade of paper.

The back of the sleeve shows up the correct track order (whoops, I always thought “Glass Eye Threat” was Side 1, Track 1!). We also see that it was recorded on June 14, 1981 so I assume
it was not released until the Fall or Winter of 1981. We also see the band members were:
Harold (vocals); Riks (guitar); Marcel (bass); and Ron (drums). Marcel and Riks even included their phone numbers in case you wanted to give them a ring and discuss your similar concerns with them regarding the glass eye threats monitoring us. Which, 32 years later, is still a very relevant- and even bigger!- concern actually.
Here’s another killer record from Holland! If you’re lookin’ for one of the Disorders from the U.K. you’ve come to the wrong place, Chachi. Damn, how many good Dutch punk records were there in the KBD years?! Too goddamn many! Ivy Green, Mollesters, Helmettes, Flyin’ Spiderz… the list goes on and on and on. Disorder is a somewhat more obscure one that was sadly not included in 1996’s great I’m Sure We’re Gonna Make It comp CD (booted on vinyl as Killed By Epitaph double LP in ’98, natch). This EP was listed in the Dutch punk discography in the Het Gejuich Was Massal book also from ’96. This book is full of lots of nice pictures and what appear to be various stories and anecdotes from the old Dutch scene but I can’t call the book “great”, though, because it’s all in Dutch and I can’t read a lick of it (aside from the discography).

*I always thought something was wrong with my old mp3 of “Fake Heads” but now that I’ve ripped it straight from vinyl (and heard several other people’s rips over the years) I think there was a pressing defect that affected most, if not all, copies. If someone out there has a copy where Fake Heads does not get all “wavy-gravy” sounding during certain parts then I’d be curious to know.

And below is are the song lyrics and how the sleeve looks when it’s folded out. I love fold-out sleeves, even though there’s usually fragile as shit…
